Along with multiple elite gold and platinum medals, dancers from "The Fame" won 1st place, "Mad World" won 3rd place, and "Family" won 4th place in the Battle at the Capital at Revolution Talent Competition's National event. Dancers also won high scores in duet, solo, and group performances and received the prestigious award of Mr. Dance America. Congratulations to Jennifer once again as her dance "Love's Story" was the recipient of the 2010 AIM Invitation award for outstanding choreography. The dancers of this piece were also honored at the event and received scholarships to attend the :pushing progress Intensive Workshop in New York City this winter.
We are happy to announce that "The Family", choreographed by Jennifer Gamache-Dubilo, was selected for Dancin' Downtown at the Joyce! This event is a choreography and performance competition held to support Dancers Responding to AIDS. Jennifer's piece was selected from entries submitted by dancers across the country. Congratulations on this honor! This year, the New York City Dance Alliance honored Jennifer Dubilo for her choreography. "Love's Story"- Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Concept "Family"- Outstanding Interpretation, Outstanding Staging "Follow Through"- Outstanding Interpretation Dance Educators of America gave Jennifer the Innovative Choreography award for the contemporary ballet duet "Enchanted" (seen below). 
Jennifer received awards for her soloist choreography at American Dance Awards. Her pieces "Wallflower" and "Lonely" were recognized. Choreographer Rebecca Sutter was also recognized by American Dance Awards for her Lyrical choreography, titled "The Kite Song". | |
